Pet profiles under each owner
Breed, size and weight, coat, sex, birthday, behaviour flags (bites, muzzle, nervous, senior, no dryer), allergies, health notes, vet, preferred cut and before/after photos.
Prices and times by size
Each service has a price and a duration for XS to XL. Owners pick the size (or type the weight) and see the right price. "From" prices for coats you need to see first.
Several pets, one booking
Two dogs and a cat in the same visit, each with their own services and add-ons, back to back with the same groomer, with an optional discount for each extra pet.
Vaccines with expiry dates
Choose what you require (rabies, DHPP, bordetella, FVRCP…). Missing or expired shots show on the appointment; owners send a photo of the certificate from their link.
Intake and consent before the visit
New owners describe each pet when they book and accept your grooming consent (matting, health, handling). Turn on "we review new pets first" and bookings wait for your OK.
